Hi,
Quite new to PP. I can already produce quite useful dashboards with slicers. Problem is that the reports need to go to a target audience (Exco) and they are not using PP (whole corporation is on XL2010).
What is needed to be able to share the dashboards with connected databases?

I tried sharing a report with someone not on PP, and he gets an error message that the database cannot be reached, as soon as any slicer is activated.

Please help!

Regards

Pieter

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Hi PNaude,

To be able to play with a powerpivot file, you have 2 options that I know:
- Install Powerpivot
- Publish your powerpivot file on a Sharepoint site and then share the site url.

Hi Olivier

Many thanks for the reply. I thought as much, but wanted to see if I am not making a stupid mistake!
