i use target function
if target.address(false,false)="A1"then
but its not working properly

I am not sure why you have the false,false in there.
Try this instead:
if target.address=Range("A1").address then

If this does not work for you, please explain where you are using this, and exactly what you are trying to do.

Is that code in the Worksheet_Change event? If so, please post all the code for the event.
