Task List from Dates

Hi All

I have a list of cotacts with telephone number and email address, and the rows after have next contact dates into the future with a dropdown list by each contact date with a header of complete "Yes/No"

Is there a way to create a list of tasks where the date in the date row=today and when the task is complete that you can change the complete to "Yes" in the complete field directly from the task list? Something that I can run every day to pull in just today's tasks?
