Template and using excel

I need some advice on where to begin with what I am trying to do.

I have an excel file that is a form template on sheet1. I want to create a macro that will read data from another tab (sheet2) within the same file that can fill in the form on the first tab. The catch is I want it to create a new form for every line item in sheet2, is that possible?

I used the word macro in my description and that might be the wrong term.
