Test 2 columns

I have a spreadsheet, in column A I have either A, B or C and in column B I have a 1, 2, 3, or 4, these are repeated down the sheet. I need a formula in D1 that will tell me if anywhere on the sheet I have a combination of C and 4 on the same row.
