I am creating a pivot table based on the following list:
2004.Case Review.xls
ABCDEFGHIJKLMN
1AuditNameMonthYearUnitNumberAssembleFinishPaintCheck1InonizeCheck2FinalizeCheck3Score
21Jones,FrankJanuary20041000000000-1-5101n/a111186%
32Smith,JoeJanuary20041000000000-1-6100011n/an/a50%
43Tran,ThoJanuary20041000000000-1-711n/a1101186%
Review Data

I would like the pivot table to look like:
2004.Case Review.xls
ABCDEFGHIJK
1Audit
2
3Year(All)
4Month(All)
5
6Data
7NameCountofUnitNumberSumofAssembleSumofFinishCountofPaintCountofCheck1SumofInonizeSumofCheck2CountofFinalizeCountofCheck3SumofScore2
8Jones,Frank1101111110.86
9Smith,Joe1101111110.5
10Tran,Tho1111110110.86
11GrandTotal3313332332.21
January

However, I would like it to reflect the data exactly how it appears on the data sheet. I can't figure out any way to make the "n/a" or the Unit Number to appear exactly like they are on the data sheet. I think it is because they are text and not numbers. Any way to have them appear in the pivot table exactly as they are on the data sheet?
