Text auto size increase in Text box when left clicked inside of box.

I have added a text box in Excel and it appears that now when Left click inside of the box everything increase with every left click. The boarder increases and the fontsize increases.
I added this text box with the developer tab.

Cant figure out what setting i changed to allow the box and text to increase in size with each click. the rest of the excel sheet stays the same size.
