For some reason when we click on a cell the selection icon changes to a cross and a text box appears this makes it impossible to cut / paste
This appears to happen more when we click to towards the left hand side of the cell but not always
Ever since this started to happen the spreadsheet has become extermely slow at moving around and unstable when saving
The spreadsheet is an important part of our business as it allocates us our workforce to various projects and needless to say would be very very inconvenient if it was to fail.
Any help would be appreciated
