I'm trying to use a text box to write to a specific cell. i know the code is VERY simple, but can not figure it out... please help

INSERT THE TEXT BOX FROM THE CONTROL TOOLBOX
THEN DOUBLE CLICK ON THE BOX.
UNDER PROPERTIES TYPE IN THE CELL TO LINK THE TEXT BOX TO.
