Why is =B15 & " / " &TEXT(C7;"PA-00-000") working
and =B15 & " / " &TEXT(C7;"PS-00-000") not??

I want to concatenate to contents of cell B15 with the formatted contents of cell C7.
If B15 contains "ABC" and C7 contains the number 25 I need to see "ABC / PS-00-025" in the cell with the formula.

Thanks a lot for any reaction... ...

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

because if you have S in the format excel treats that as "seconds", use AgentSmith's suggestion or amend to

B15 & " / " &TEXT(C7;"P\S-00-000")
