Hello friends,

I am trying to create a Data validation > Allow text length. And I want to have the maximum value 10 without "Spaces". I tired to do that with several ways but still lost.

Your help is always appreicated.

Thanks,
Nawaf

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.

Instead of using 'Allow text length' try 'Custom' and this 'Formula' (assuming A1 is the cell in question):
=LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1," ",""))<=10
