Okay I have three columns, column A&B are text:

A:1 B:1 C:1
Over Over C:1-want this cell to say "Correct" when A&B Match.
Under Over C:1-want this cell to say "IN Correct" when A&B does not Match.
Blank UNDER C:1- want this cell to say "No Data" when there is no text in A&B.

So I am looking for a formula that will give me the above if possible, any help is appreciated.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.

Try this...

=IF(COUNTA(A1,B1)<2,"No Data",IF(A1=B1,"Correct","Incorrect"))
