Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help please?

The cells I am using are:

Cell O = Available Score
Cell P = Score
Cell S = Specific Score

I have the scenario where I am scoring questions in Cell O – however there may be times when these are not applicable. I have formatted Cell O to be a drop down so the text is always “n/a”. I want Cell S to calculate if Cell O is n/a then populate with a 0 else the value of Cell P should appear.

Thanks

Charmagne

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
I've just noticed a flaw in my plan I need the formula to include "n/a" and "no"

Could you help please?

Thanks

Charmagne
