text over inserted picture

I would like to insert a picture (company logo)underneath text which is already in existence. Is this possible to do, and how do I do it?

are you saying that you have text in a cell and you want the company logo to cover the cell contents, but you want the logo to be transparent or semi-transparent so that you can see the text underneath?
