I have a pivot table where the text 'VERIFY' appears in the rows. The remaining data in this row appears correctly, except the name. When double clicked on the row, it shows the actual name.

For example - Consider the table below just for illustration. It has a list of city names. I see 'VERIFY' instead of Bengaluru. When I double click the values in the pivot table for 'VERIFY', I see the values shown in a new tab with 'Bengaluru' correctly listed.

Does anyone know why it happens & how to fix it?

For security reasons, I can't attach the actual table & pivot table.

As mentioned before, I can't attach the original table / pivot table. Unfortunately, I'm not able to recreate similar errors with other tables.

The expected result is that I should see 'Bengaluru' instead of 'VERIFY' in the pivot table. There is no 'VERIFY' in the table & I don't know why is it coming in the pivot table.

Post the data as an anonymized table then. you aren't giving the forum anything to work with...

I played around with the word in the base table & now it appears correctly in the pivot table. Still I don't know what was the issue & why it was displayed incorrectly as 'VERIFY' in pivot table.

Thanks for taking time to look at my post. I know I was not giving the forum anything to work with. But as mentioned before, I'm not allowed to attach the original table & I couldn't recreate the issue with other tables.
