text 'VV' to number

hi everyone

i have a question for you.
i will try to explaine it as good as i can.

i am making an excel document for next year so i can put in my work hours, holidays, how many hours i workd, how much holidays i have taken and so on.

now i want the sum of VV (thats the code for a vacation day where i work)

example:

so i want to get the sum of the 'VV' in the colum E1 to E7.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
