Text won't wrap if the cells are locked and protected

I have a database that has been developed for a client that can not, not delete the formulas needed, so i have locked the cells that they do not need access to, and password protected the pages, but now when they input their data the text they input will not show in the cell completely, almost like it is hiding, and i can not seem to get the text wrap to work with the cells protected, need some suggestions or work arounds, please help!
