Good morning to all.
I have a report based off a query. On the report I have a bunch of text boxes which is roughly 17 text boxes which I have to have them on there no matter what. Now on the form if i only select 5 of them, then on the report I only want to show the 5 I have selected in the form and the rest of them do not show when I open the report. the reason I need this is because the text box is as follows:
="a. " & [a]
If i only select 5 of them and open the report, then it will show the one's i have selected and the others will show on the report with the following:
a. where are you now
b.
c.
Here is what I am looking for:
what I need:
a. where are you now
b. what are you doing
c. why is this.
what I do not want
a. where are you now
b. what are you doing

e.
