Textbox on form

Why won't this work in a textbox on my form.

=&"I " &[Last Name] & ", " & [First Name] & " " & [Middle Initial]&"Request access to EMSS for LES."

Can't figure it out.

What do you mean it won't work?

Is it causing an error or not giving the expected result?

Try removing the first ampersand (&).

="I " & [Last Name] & ", " & [First Name] & " " & [Middle Initial] & "Request access to EMSS for LES."
