textbox on userform fills and then doesn't fill cell

Hi,
I have textbox on userform1 and when I popup userform1 it fills cell fine. When I hide userform1 and show userform2, and after that hide userform2, show userform1 - textbox does not fill cell on change event???
any ideas, pls?
