Textbox with Diagonal Text

Hi,
In 2004 I created a worksheet using Excel 97 or 2000. It is basically an A4 page of numbers and text. It has an Autoshape with the word DRAFT written diagonally.
I cannot remember how I did this and I cannot figure out how to do it in Excel 365.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I can copy and paste this one to new sheets and change the text.
However today I've lost some functionality
I cannot change the font size, or the transparency.
Have I done something to lock these functions?
