I'm assuming there is a way to display text instead of numerical values on the y-axis of charts in Excel 2007, but I can't find how to change it and googling it keeps leading me to how to change the scale of the existing numerical values which I already know how to do but doesn't help me. In this instance, I want the vertical (y) axis to be labeled Unsatisfactory, Below Average, Average, Above Average, and Outstanding, instead of the standard numerical values. Is this possible? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Thanks for the link. Do you know of a way to apply this to a bar graph? Actually I guess an excel it's called a column graph, but it's a vertical bar graph. I want to label the vertical axis with the text values I stated above. In the example from the link, I could use an x value of zero in a point and assign the y value wherever I wanted the text label to appear. I'm not sure how I could do this with a bar graph though?

Thanks again for the link.
