Thanks for responding so quickly to my problem this morning.

I still don't seem to know how to make this work. I can send you the Excel file and let you have a look (if you have time).

I'm an Executive Assistant for a telcom company but this type of function is not my expertise. I've started to fill out the cells on the Detailed sheets as they would appear, but haven't a clue how to get the data to read forward (month by month).

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

Constructive Criticism: Please post the subject of your topic instead of personal messages. You will increase your chances of getting a response this way because people can quickly scan the topic without having to read through the entire detail of your post. Also, posting 5 times will not increase your odds of getting an answer. If you saved with a password, you can go back into the others and delete them.
