I have this worksheet with some new icon conditional formatting, the weird thing is that when I save it and mail it to someone else in my company, they don't see many of the formats, we both use the same version of excel 2010 am I missing something in the saving process?? Also, I have a first sheet containing a smartart with hyperlinks to some of the sheets into the document, the links also disappear in my workmate's excel.

Are they detaching it from their email and then opening it directly from Excel?
I have seen some email programs where if they open the file directly from the email, it seems to open it in a "scaled down" version of Excel that does not have all the features.
