The difference in Minute for two DateTime

Dear Expert

I have two columns, i need the difference in the C column as mentioned below

A: Start Datetime B: End Datetime = C: Diff in HH:MM:SS
11-10-2021 15:13:48 11-10-2021 15:45:58 = 00:32:17
11-10-2021 15:13:48 12-10-2021 15:45:58 = 24:32:17

please help
