Sorry about that mess

What i am trying to do is find a way to get this formula=SUM((C8:C33=Glenn)*OFFSET(Glenn,-3,0)) to automaticly happen at the moment I have to enter a cell referance in Glenn in the offset section of that formula
I have 3 worksheets I am trying to get to work together 1 is a Staff roster
2nd is a staff time sheet 3rd is a wages sheet. Time sheet and Wages sheet work fine the hard part is getting the Roster to transfr the staff start and finishing times to the Time sheet
