The SUM/AVERAGE/MIN/MAX thing on the bottom-right corner

A colleague of mine lost the functionality to see the SUM/Avg/Min/Max thing on the bottom-right hand corner of her Excel application.
What's this called & how do you get it back?

I can see mine on my Excel, but I can't figure out how to turn on/off its functionality.

We both have Excel 2003. Thanks.

Ooops, found it. It's in Options>View>Status Bar.

Anybody know what that Avg/Num functionality is called? Thanks.
