I need 5 spaces after the 4" part of the formula.

The formula is working except for not having the spacing

Code:
=IF(K11=0,I11 & "$"&TEXT(AH11,".00")&"/Qty",AH11&"/lf")

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
What is this formula doing different than what you want it to do? What do you mean by the 4" part of the formula? Not having what spacing?

Hello Rory and all

Thanks for your efforts! Almost there.

I need it something like this but without displaying the " "

Code:
=IF(K11=0,I11& " ""$"&TEXT(AH11,".00")&"/Qty",AH11&"/lf")

I forgot that the board software strips out excessive spaces. It should have read:

Code:
=IF(K11=0,I11&" $"&TEXT(AH11,".00")&"/Qty",AH11&"/lf")

Hello Rory and all,

I need to test for one more condition.

If there is a 0 in the cell then it needs to display the same way but display the contents of column M and then the /lf at the end.

Thanks,

Kurt

Actually if there is an a number in cell K which Is lf linear feet it should display the contents of cell N.

I need to test for this additional parameter.
