Two questions:-

1. Is it possible to extract the filename from a formula and if so how? I have a formula which is linked to another workbook and need to show the workbook name in another cell.

2. Or alternatively can the formula be shown as text in another cell?

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Glad I could assist!
