How do I write this formula?

If e5 contains a # >0 then e5+k5* 3%, if e5 is <0 then k5 / L5

Thanks,
Felix

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
They may all work but bear in mind that you get a different answer for (E5+K5)*0.03 than to E5+K5*0.03 due to the postioning of the parenthesis.
