This workbook contains external data prompt when saving spreadsheet

How can I find out why this message pops up each time I try to save Workbook? "This workbook contains external data. Do you want Microsoft Excel to clear the data before saving the template, and then automatically refresh the data whenever the template is opened? I have checked and there are no Queries or Connections within the workbook. I have reviewed the macros and not found any reference to external data. Is it because it is a Template file?
