Three lowest numbers in a list excluding duplicates.

This list changes and the number of duplicates also varies. Lets say we have this list:

2
2
2
3
4
5

I want a formula that will let me locate: 1 2 3 (doesnt need to be in the same cell.

Currently when i use small i find 1 2 2 .

Any ideas?
