in cell D10 I have a clock that is updating itself evey second

in cells K7 to K37 I have some hand-entered times ( eg: 10:35, 10:40, 10:45, etc etc etc )

I want any cell that lies in the K7:K37 range that have a time that is earlier than the clock time in D10 to be filled with yellow. Essentially I'm trying to make a progress bar for time elapsed.

I already have a cell returning the time elapsed, I just want to make this bar.

any ideas ??
