time conversion

I have a number that is that many seconds past midnight. I need to convert the number to actual time.

For Example, I know that the 80451 seconds past midnight is 22:20:51 (10:20:51 PM)

For Example, I know that the 980 seconds past midnight is 00:16:20 (12:16:20 AM)

What is a formula I can use to automatically calulate the time based on seconds past midnight?

If A1 contains the seconds you can use this formula in B1

=A1/86400

format B1 to show time
