I am trying to track login hour defects for my team. Which I have achieved. However if required login time is 9 hours and one of my team memeber achieves 9 hours and 2 minutes then excel would display result as "###########", which is natural as time cannot be in negative.

What I need is, if time is in negative then I should get a blank box instead of "###########".

I have tried =if(iserror formula but it doesn't work. Any suggestions.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Try this..

=IF(Formula<=0,"", Formula)

Or something like this..
=IF(A1>B1, "",B1-A1)
