I want to understand this result: -1 days 8.67 hours
Start Time: 08/01/2011 9:00:00 PM
End Time: 08/02/2011 8:40:00 AM
Day Start: 08:30:00
Day End: 19:00:00

I used a formulas from: http://www.cpearson.com/excel/DateTimeWS.htm#WorkHours

Am unsure how to interpret -1 days. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
