Time in VBA

Hi All,

i want to show a running clock and total time on userform

Running clock = Show digital clock in HH:MM:SS AM/PM format
Total Time = Current time - Login time in HH:MM:SS format.

am trying Vba.time but it gives static time or time when it is called, and it does not changes automaticaly with time like 00:00:01.....59


Any idea??

i checked the thread and it is really useful.
was just wondering if any user difine function or combination of functions could do it easily.
