sir,

in col A2 start date ,in col B2 end date and from row C1 to Z1 dates are entred . how can i get coloured (conditional formate) it's self when start date and end date entred.

eg:A1=05/03/2009, B1=08/03/2009. in same row from 5th to 8th col should be coloured.:p

Select C1:Z1 and choose Format|Conditional Formatting. Condition 1 Formula Is:

=AND(C1>=$A1,C1<=$B1)

choose a Format and click OK twice.
