I have worksheet that calculates total minutes it should take to perform a certain number of tasks if those task are completed at a certain rate. For example, if an employee completes 100 pieces, and it should take 1 mintue per piece, then teh worksheet tells me it should have taken him/her 100 minutes.

I also enter the time the employee started working and the time I do a piece count. I want to compare the theoretical minutes to the actual minutes.

So, I want to be able to calculate the number of minutes between the start time and the piece count time.

Can I do that?

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Is it not better to calculate time taken after a numbere of pieces (for e.g. 100) is done and then compare it with the standarad time. Of course this 100 can be changed to 50 or even 10

please see the sheet below and formula in C2 D2 they are in number format .E2 and F2 are also in number formats
