Time zone based used in two rows based on selection

Hi All,

could any one please help with a macro code to covert, date and time with start time and end time along with date in two separate columns(Column D and F), there is a drop down list in column G with all the countries which includes day light saving as well, so based on the country selection the date and time should change in column d and f based on the country time.

i have sheet with list of countries and their time zone differences hope it could be of help in any way or any method for my solution will be really helpful
