Timeout of 100 seconds

I have 40 queries. When I "Refresh All" I often encounter "the web.page function didn't finish within timeout of 100 seconds."

I find, once it craps out, it cannot recover and waiting 100 seconds is too long. Each query normally takes 2-3 seconds, so I can tell quickly that it's failing.

Is there a registry setting or some other way to reduce the timeout value? 10-15 seconds would be plenty for me.

I hope we can solve this, I'm certain I'm not the only one.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
what do you use to query ?

I implemented this and it does not solve my issue.
I still get the 100 second timeout described above.
It must be a different timeout value/function.

Thank you and I'll try anything.
