Hi,
I have created timestamps for multiple tabs, but they all seem to override each other, which means only one tab timestamp works at any one time.

How do i get them to operate on different tabs without effecting each other?

Code i am using which works but not for multiple timestamps on multiple tabs seprately.

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

Dim myTableRange As Range
Dim myDateTimeRange As Range
Dim myUpdatedRange As Range

Set myTableRange = Range("B6:F15")

If Intersect(Target, myTableRange) Is Nothing Then Exit Sub

Set myDateTimeRange = Range("G" & Target.Row)
Set myUpdatedRange = Range("G" & Target.Row)

If myDateTimeRange.Value = "" Then

myDateTimeRange.Value = Now

End If

myUpdatedRange.Value = Now

End Sub

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
Do you have that code in each sheet that needs time stamps?

In that case each sheet should be independent of each other.
So if you change a value on sheet1 it should not affect sheet2 & vice versa.

They will be, the worksheet change event only affects the sheet it's in & no other sheets.

Ok I have no idea why it’s not working then, do you create separate sheets in macro for each tab??

Ok so made separate code sheets which worked, thought I’d saved it but then opened back up and no macro code working on any tab....
