I want to title a chart with "totals for 2015" where the year can be taken from a cell on another sheet in the book.

Is there a way to do this?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Sure,

You can use ="Totals for "&Sheet1!A1

Then select the chart title, go to the Formula bar and select the cell with the formula. It's going to end up looking like =Sheet2!A1, and has to have the sheet reference even though it's on the same sheet.
