what i am | looking for | is when all is | in the total worksheet | then under | apr 20 all | amounts in the year 20 should be added (2075000=200000+89000+510000 and475000)and similary for 21 | or if only one item say global1 then in the year 21 the amount of 650000 should be shown | your help will be appreciated |
