When entering variables into an equation the cursor returns to the target formula instead of staying in the cell used in the equation. I would like the cursor to stay in the last cell used in the equation to avoid going back to the target cell if the following cell to be used in the equation is nearby the last cell used in the equation.

For example, if I want to enter (but not type directly) the following equation into A1, "=Z1/Z2", when I type into A1 "=Z1" and then move to Z2 using the keyboard Excel will move the cursor back to A1 instead of just going from Z1). I hope that made sense.

I have Excel 2003.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
