To build the report in VBA excel

Hello Sir,

I have sheet1 with 5 columns as shared below.

ColumN A contains single data or multiple data for same id . Column B contains start month and C contains End month ie 1 to 12 (Jan to Dec, 1 for Jan, 2 for Feb.....,12 for Dec). Column D contains cost amount and Colum E contains Status.

I need to convert the data of sheet1 as per sheet 2 format .
