To get latest non-blank entry in a column

Column C5 to C370 are Numerical round numbers.

Based on values from Column B, Column C gets updated chronologically
and yesterday Cell C153 got updated and today Cell C154 got updated.
As of now Column C155 to C370 are blank. Cell C155 gets updated tomorrow based on Cell B155.

I request a formula in Cell J5 to show the latest updated value in Column C.
(In the instant case C5 to C154 are filled; and C155 to C370 are blank)
Cell J5 should show the value of C154, being C154 is the latest entry.

Mr. Arthurbr sir, the above reference cited shows a Lookup formula and
when I applied it to my data, it gives wrong result. In my above example,
C154 is 35827 and J5 shows 87021, a different figure. Kindly help me a
formula. Thanking you, sir
