To write a particular Date in one Column and get the Last Day of the Same month in Another Column

Can anyone guide me for the following

in col E i type following date for eg 28-03-2001 and automatically in Col F it should write 31-03-2021
So in Col E any Dates written like above Col F should display the last Date of the Same Month
