Hello again..

Does anyone know of a way to toggle between different data sets in one worksheet, withOUT filtering and withOUT having a formula in each cell?

As an example:
You have 2 columns of data, "Name" and "Test Score".
You have 2 different corresponding data sets, one for Math Class and the other for English Class.

You want to have the column headers stay the same, and by clicking on a button (command button, radio button, whatever works), you can toggle the data below "Name" and "Test Score" back and forth to show the data for Math Class (if you clicked on the Math button) or English (if the english button).

Some notes:

- I got it to work using an advanced filter, but the column headers need to be auto-filtered, so it did not work as it would remove the column filters.

- I also got it to work using IF and OFFSET formulae in each cell, but there are 10000 rows and about 25 columns in the actual workbook I'm using, so I can't have every cell be a formula, or the file will be way too large.

Any thoughts?

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
VBA.

You can simply automate a copy/paste operation from the appropriate data set to the desired location, based on your event trigger.
