too FAT and need a couple of formulas for my wieght loss...!

howdy.

at 40 and growing daily, going on a regiment for weight loss. i have a column headings 'weight', 'weekly weight loss (%)', and 'total weight loss (%)', and rows runnig downward for weeks 1-12. i know these are simple formulas, but it's monday...can someone help?
